Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are quite big by Hong Kong standards, complete with all necessary items for a comfortable stay. The meals in the Cafe were excellent, but the rooms could do with some redecorating. The service was gracious and kind, though the staff only spoke English. The location is ideal for a short stopover or visits to Asia World Expo. The dining experience had a great variety of choices, but was slightly more expensive than other hotels. The overall value for money is good considering the facilities and services provided.
The hotel had spacious rooms with most basic amenities for a traveler, but the room felt more like a motel rather than a hotel. The service was fantastic, especially from some staff members, but not consistent throughout. The location was convenient, especially for tired travelers arriving by plane, while the dining experience had its ups and downs with a mix of quality. Overall, the value for money was reasonable considering the offerings.
The hotel offers clean and well-equipped rooms with a thoughtful birthday surprise, but the proximity to the elevator might be a bit noisy. The service was a mix of friendliness with some challenges regarding internet access. The location is excellent for quick stopovers, and the dining experience is delightful.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while tired looking, had most basic amenities and were modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet despite being near the airport, offering good value for a long layover. The service was impeccable, with incredibly kind and accommodating staff that made our language barrier a non-issue. The location, directly connected to the airport, was convenient for travelers on connecting flights, despite being a bit hidden and lacking entertainment for children. Dining was hit-or-miss, with disappointing options in one area but excellent choices in another. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms in a strategic location connected to the airport. The service was professional with quick check-in and helpful staff. The dining experience provided an extensive choice of dishes, but the main restaurant had slow service at times.
I was impressed with the spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated the number of people in my reservation, although they could use some refurbishment. The meals served in the Cafe were excellent, offering a wide range of dishes. However, the overall decor and facilities definitely need an update.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are extremely comfy and well-stocked, despite a slight stale smell. The service is very friendly and accommodating, especially from our fellow Filipino staff member NEIL, who even brought us a glass of wine. The location is perfect for those with early flights or late arrivals, being just outside the airport's Terminal one. The dining experience offers a great selection of various cuisines, making up for the tired rooms that need a facelift.
The hotel room wasn't up to scratch; it was tired, ill-equipped with not enough pillows, very little tea and coffee, a poor quality shower, poor power supply, and a malfunctioning safe. However, the room size was nice and big, albeit with a moldy smell.
The hotel room had a mix of positive and negative aspects. It had beautiful vaulted ceilings giving a nice touch to the room but also felt a bit worn out. Being an executive club room, the initial impression at the counter was awesome, comfortable, and elegant. However, the air conditioning was too cold and couldn't be adjusted, which was a bit uncomfortable.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with an extra-large double bed that provided an extremely comfortable stay, including a Jacuzzi bathroom and shower. However, there was a very bad smell in the room. The price we paid was more than worth it for the full night's stay.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I wish they provided more towels. The service was friendly and efficient, from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew. The location was convenient, especially for a short layover, but the in-house restaurant lacked value for money. The dining options were decent, with a good variety of choices. The facilities met my needs, but there were some areas for improvement.
The hotel had most of the basic amenities for a traveler like iron, iron board, tea maker, study table with wheelchair, icebox, and an LED TV. The room smelt of cigarette which was a bit unpleasant, but it had 8 comfy pillows. The location was great, clean, and comfortable.
